Designed or imported components need to be produced reliably and efficiently as profile parts on laser pipe cutters. Most of the parts for creating the machine programmes are to be processed by an automatic software work routine.
Solution
The combination of individual configurations and intelligent algorithms creates NC programmes without outside intervention. The close interlinking of CAD and CAM makes it possible to factor in the requirements from the 3D model right during the NC generation process.
An intuitive operator interface allows automatically generated solution proposals to be adapted. The detailed 3D simulation shows the production process with precision and in detail.
