Seit dem 27.09.2013 ist unser Organisations- und Qualitätsmanagement nach der internationalen Norm ISO-9001:2015 zertifiziert. Dieses Total Quality Management System (TQMiincorporates all business units and serves to document internal processes, identify interactions and define criteria and mechanisms for conducting quality testing of the processes.
As with agile software development, it is important to us to also continuously further develop our processes for the benefit and satisfaction of our customers, suppliers and employees. For us, quality starts with clear, transparent processes. They are the basis for well-trained employees able to work autonomously and for the deployment of suitable tools and resources for quality testing.
