Solution
mcs has been developing projects with 3D visualizations since 2006. Among other things, we developed the offline programming for the TRUMPF TruBend 7000 bending cell. This software included programming a SCARA robot, a 6-axis bending robot, and a press brake. Before generating the NC code, the entire automated part production process can be simulated and visualized in three-dimensional space.
This product formed the basis for the topic area of the use of VR and AR devices. mcs has experience in application programming for the Microsoft HoloLens using the Unity toolkit. These technologies can be used, for example, to manage complex setup tasks on a machine and guide them efficiently and error-free.
