mcs impact group ag uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that the web server stores in multiple locations on your computer's browser and that can be used to identify you on subsequent visits to the website. For details on how to do this, please refer to your browser manufacturer's instructions. However, if you do not accept cookies, this may lead to functional limitations on our services.

Personal data includes in particular:

  • Name (first and last name)

We process the data you provide exclusively for the purpose of evaluating and selecting suitable candidates and for contacting you. This data is processed to establish an employment relationship within the framework of pre-contractual measures based on your application.

As a company, we are subject to various legal obligations, i.e., statutory requirements (e.g., social security law, occupational safety, tax laws). The purposes of processing include, among other things, identity verification, fulfillment of social security and tax law monitoring, reporting, or documentation obligations, and risk management within the company.

  • Assertion of legal claims and defense in legal disputes

If you have given us your consent to process your personal data, it will only be processed for the purposes specified in the consent declaration and to the extent agreed therein.
